Lobos 1707 Mezcal is distilled from 100% unaged Espadin roasted in an open, wood-fired Oaxacan ‘horno conico,’ then finished in a Pedro Ximenez (PX) sherry cask solera system to create an exceptional, additive-free spirit. Marrying southern Spain’s centuries-old sherry wine heritage with Mexico’s famed agave spirit, this unexpected and innovative approach conceived Lobos 1707 Mezcal's signature profile: vibrant, piquant, and unexpectedly delicious. Perfect for sipping and a standout in elevated cocktails.
